* Take three to four clear digital pictures of the damaged component,
part or scooter. This verifies your damage and insures that we
order the correct parts for you.
Attaching the photos to your ticket:
1. Save the photos to your desktop
2. When you are ready to attach them locate your ticket
3. Click "attach file" at the top of your ticket page
4. Browse for the photos that you saved on your desktop
5. Select the photos with your left mouse button and click "Open"
6 . Once finished click "Attach"
Alternative Method:
You can email them to us. Email them to customercare@alphaproductsintl.com
Please limit the photos to a maximum of 3 to 4 photos. When you
do this please make reference to your ticket number and
the tech that is assisting you.
Important!!!
Please respond to your ticket and let us know that you have sent
photos. If you do not respond to your ticket we will not know
to look for your photos and your ticket will just set in our system.
