ship daily via UPS Ground, UPS Freight, Fed Ex Ground & Fed Ex Freight and several other freight carriers to the
lower 48 states. Shipping costs are included with our dealer
pricing to the lower 48 states. AK & HI ship by AIR
at additional cost. We always choose the carrier of our choice and there is no guarantee which carrier we will choose. We strive to choose the lowest cost carrier with a fast service to your delivery location. We do not offer COD. Air Rates can be checked by calling our customer service department.
We offer customer pick up's at our Tacoma Distribution Center & discounts are given.
Large items that ship by freight include Free Shipping
to the nearest freight terminal or to a business address. (Home businesses do not qualify as a business address)
Home delivery of freight
orders is $50 per order, not per item. We strongly suggest customers pay for home delivery of these large freight items unless they are prepared to drive to the nearest terminal and load / unload these large heavy items. A phone number is required by the freight company so a delivery appointment can be made.
We ship 5 days a week.
Orders placed before 1PM PST generally ship on the day ordered.
We will e-mail you your tracking number(s) at 5PM PST
on the day your order ships.
Drop shipping is encouraged. For more information on our drop shipping program  Contact
Us to view our drop shipping information & fill out
our drop ship dealers request form and we will e-mail you
all of the details. Most any online business can qualify for
our drop ship program which will entitle you to special low
rates on each model we offer. We ship your orders one scooter at a time direct to your customers, all you do is send
us the orders. Their is no extra fee to established dealers for our drop shipping service.
**Freight Shipping: Large motorcycles,
electric bicycles, ATV's and mobility scooters & others are shipping
by freight carriers strapped to pallets.
Expect all freight shipments to be sent by UPS freight or Fed Ex Freight (or another carrier) with the exception of large shipments going to businesses (We choose the carrier for large shipments)
**ALL Freight Shipments require the customers phone number.
If we do not receive the correct phone number of the customer,
the shipment will not be shipped or delivered. The carrier
will phone the customer to schedule delivery to the door.
**Freight palletized shipments going to New York City zip
codes:
100-104
110-119
150-196
will incur a $100 service charge in addition to the $50 door
delivery fee. Their is no exceptions for this fee as all freight
carriers are charging $100 or more for these NYC zip codes.
**Freight palletized shipments going to Martha's Vineyard
Island zip codes:
025-026
will incur a $100 service charge in addition to the $50 door
delivery fee for transportation on the ferry to the island.
Shipments picked up on the mainland at the terminal are free.
All shipments refused at any terminal will have the shipping
costs billed back to the purchaser. Please be sure you or
your customer is located near a terminal and has the capability
of picking it up if they are not paying the $50 optional
door delivery service option. We do not guarantee which freight carrier we will use for terminal pick up's.
For
the larger customer that wants the bottom price we offer D/I (Direct Import) from our factory
in China. D/I pricing is when you purchase container loads of scooters.
We arrange everything for you right to your door or we can work directly with your freight forwarder. The prices we offer will be the same or less than any Chinese factory would
quote you due to our large buying power.
The lead time for a container purchase averages 21 days to manufacture the order, then 12 days to arrive to
Seattle / Oakland / Los Angeles. If you are located inland, we transport the
container by rail (train) to the nearest rail facility in your area
and then by truck to your door.
Large retail chain store customers will use our X-Treme brand while smaller independent buyers will ask us to customize the scooters
using their own brand name, logo, model number, user manual and shipping
carton marks.
Large retail chain stores customers will be covered by X-Treme's warranty, return policy, liability insurance, etc... and be priced accordingly.
Smaller independent buyers will get 2%
free spare parts and no X-Treme warranty in return for a lower price since they normally offer their own customer service for their own name brand products.

All D/I orders are special order only & require a deposit before we start production. We can customize any
model in any way you choose including using your own
name and logo on the scooter and
shipping carton. Since we are the factory, their is
no request that we cannot meet.
